Email or call our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for your order.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals on food jars remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our museum headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
